The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nick777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and pending winings, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer games and poker formats.

All content on the nick777 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of nick777 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any Platform content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use the nick777 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, and/or other intellectual property laws and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nick777, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic losses resulting from Platform use or unavailability.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided on third-party sites linked from the Platform.
• Changes to applicable laws or regulations that affect your ability to use the Platform or access winings.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and force majeure events may temporarily affect Platform availability.

nick777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for such action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal obligations requiring account closure in specific jurisdiction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any pending withdrawals may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. If an account is permanently closed due to breach of Terms, any outstanding bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real money deposits (excluding bonus funds and fraudulently obtained winnings) will be returned to the deposit source upon completion of any applicable investigation, subject to AML clearance.
